Änderungen beim AQHA-Incentif-Fund 2016.  Ab 1. Januar 2016 die jährlichen Anmeldegebühren für den AQHA-Incentif Fund weg. Das Zuchtförderungsprogramm, welches über 2,8 Milionen US-Dollar pro Jahr an die im “Incentif -Program” eingetragenen Fohlen ausspielt, wird wieder interessanter für Züchter und Hengsthalter.
